There will be a Fairy and Elf Hunt in the garden with small prizes and a Fairy and elf parade at 1030 for all children who attend dressed up there will be a small gift.
The event is FREE – come rain or shine as thanks to receiving a grant from Sedgemoor District Council the Friends have invested in a new Gazebo to keep the visitors and volunteers weather proof!

News Release - Prepare for Scarecrow Day!
The Community Gardener for Marine Cove will be available in the garden between 10 and mid day to answer questions or to encourage volunteer involvement. Please feel free to come to the garden and be involved in this project. The Friends of Marine Cove and Sedgemoor District Council are particularly keen to hear from families who are interested in helping in the garden. We have moved the regular slot from the first Monday in the month to every Saturday with a view to encouraging more involvement in the project.
